Do you have a shop I can visit?

We are an online store only, which is how we are able to keep our amazing prices for the quality of our garments and materials that we use. All of our dresses are made to order in Brighton, we don't have work shipped in from other countries, or workshops around the UK, everything is designed and made in the one space. Which means it is a busy working space so we don't have room or time for trying on sessions. 

We understand that buying your wedding dress online can be nerve-wracking, but I can assure you, my brides have been very happy with the service that we offer, have a look at our Facebook reviews for reassurance.
Designer Louise is also happy to talk over the phone with customers and send out samples to help you chose the dress that is right for you.

 

How long will my dress take to arrive?

Most Oh My Honey orders take 2-3 weeks to make up and ship out, wedding dresses and couture dresses take 6-8 weeks. If you are having a bespoke dress then the timescale depends on many factors. If you need a dress sooner than this, during less busy periods we may be able to provide an express service.

Do you have an alterations service?

Oh My Honey dresses are usually a very good fit, with few brides needing alterations, however, every body is different, as as you will know if you have visited your usual bridal boutiques, almost all wedding dresses are sent off for alterations. If your dress needs alterations, we suggest you take it to an experienced tailor or seamstress local to you, where you can go in yourself and have the dress changed exactly to your shape.
